1. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices in the online store are stated in NOK (Norwegian Kroner) and Euro. Prices include VAT for Norwegian consumers. For Norwegian businesses, prices are without VAT, and VAT is added at checkout.
If you shop from abroad, you will get the option of including your local taxes, duties and fees (Delivery Duty Paid), or settling this yourself with the shipment provider (Delivery at Place).
Payment can be done using credit or debit cards.
Total shipping costs are clearly shown before checkout, and for deliveries outside Norway, there is the option of Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) where we cover all import tax, duties and fees to your country, or Delivery At Place (DAP) where the logistics / shipping provider invoices you directly for any costs related to import to your country.
Most orders are on their way to you within 4 days of ordering.
You have the option of choosing a delivery address other than your invoicing address.
Always check the goods when you receive them. If the goods are damaged during transport, this must be reported to the place of delivery on the same day as the goods are received.
Packages that are presumably not picked up and thus returned to us will be deducted for the costs this entails, up to NOK 500,-
You always have a 14-day full right of return when you shop with us. You are allowed to change your mind.The cancellation period runs from the day you receive the item. Always keep the original packaging until you have decided to keep the product.
If you want to cancel your purchase, you are responsible for the shipping cost. Fill in the enclosed right of withdrawal form and send the package to:

Are your items damaged? Please take a picture and send us an email and we will help you.
Depending on the situation, we will either offer to repair the item, exchange the item for a new one, give you your money back, or a reduction in the price.
A damage or defect must be reported to us within a reasonable time after you have discovered the damage or defect.
If the item is agreed to be shipped back to us, we reimburse reasonable shipping costs that you may have in connection with the return of a damaged or defect item.
Always contact us by email before shipping an item.
In the case of transport damage, the deadline in point 2 applies. The damage must be reported on the same day as the goods are received.
