Information can be registered and stored when you register at www.nettbutikk.no, when you are in contact with sales and support either via e-mail, chat or when you use our services.
Where do we store information about you - and where do we share the information about you with others?
Our e-commerce platform is provided by Mystore.no AS and data is stored in their cloud services at Amazon Cloud Services' (AWS) data center in Ireland.
The data controller also uses services provided by 3rd parties. Here is an overview of subcontractors where information can be stored
If you pay with Vipps in the online store (or our physical store), your telephone number will be sent to Vipps for further identification.
If you pay with Klarna in the online store, personal information such as e-mail, name, address, social security number will be shared with Klarna for credit.
Gsuite by Google is used, among other things, for handling e-mail, documents (G Disk). Information is stored in these systems and email correspondence or documents may be stored on Gsuite by Google.
Zendesk is our system for handling email and chat correspondence. All incoming and outgoing emails as well as chat dialogs are stored at Zendesk.
Maimojo is used for e-mail marketing or sending out newsletters. Name and email can be shared with Mailmojo.
Google Analytics is used for traffic analysis. IP addresses and visitor patterns are stored.
Tripletex is our accounting system and data required for bookkeeping is stored here. Typical Name / address / orders / invoice.
We use Mystore Datakasse as a checkout solution in our physical store. Information related to your order is stored in Mystore Datakasse.
If you pay with Visa or Mastercard in our physical store, personal information such as card number will be sent to Adyen for processing the payment.
Logistra is our supplier of EDI solution. When you shop in our online store, information such as name, telephone number and address will be shared with Logistra for printing consignment notes and transport labels.
We send packages with Bring and thus share information related to shipping such as name, telephone number and address.
We send packages with Postnord and thus share information related to shipping such as name, telephone number and address.
Crall is our system for handling chat correspondence, as well as features such as abandoned shopping carts, birthday congratulations and visiting patterns. Crall.io is also used to send out order confirmations and e-mail, name and address and information related to the order confirmation are thus shared with them. Technology from Crall.io is also used to generate product recommendations. The product recommendations are based on visit patterns and order history that are stored for up to a year.
Communication through e-mail and sms
As a customer, you will be able to receive e-mails and text messages about your customer relationship. For example, we will send you e-mail / sms related to orders you have placed, sms with tracking number, forgotten password, information about your customer account, etc. This is defined as a legitimate interest and consent will not be sought.
We also use e-mail for marketing and communication. As a customer of the Data Controller, you will regularly receive newsletters as long as you have given your active consent to it. It is possible to unsubscribe from newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails.
Insight and correction
You are entitled to access the information registered about you. Access can also be obtained by sending an inquiry to email@example.com. If the registered information is incorrect or incomplete, you can demand that the information be corrected in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
Storage and deletion
Information that is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was created is deleted from our systems.
